2. What This Website Is

Don't Lose Your Way is a personal reflection and creative expression platform featuring:

• A Chapel for mood-based reflections
• AI-powered songwriting in English, Spanish, and Spanglish
• Anonymous community voice sharing
• Personal journaling (stored locally in your browser)

3. AI Disclosure

This website uses artificial intelligence for:

• Songwriting generation based on your text prompts
• Mood-based reflection generation in the Chapel

Under California law (AB 853 and AB 2013), we disclose:

• AI generates creative content, not mental health advice or therapeutic recommendations
• AI does not make autonomous decisions about your mental health or treatment
• AI-generated content may not be accurate, appropriate, or helpful for your specific situation
• We do not allow AI providers to use your input for model training

4. User Content

Content you submit (Chapel reflections, songwriting prompts, community voices) is subject to the following:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store it as needed to provide the feature
• Community voice submissions are anonymous — do not include personal identifying information
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Moderation Policy

5. Community Voices & Submissions

If you choose to submit a community voice:

• Submissions are anonymous — we do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• Do not include personal identifying information in your submission
• Submissions are reviewed before publication (see our Community Moderation Policy)
• We reserve the right to decline to publish any submission

6. Prohibited Uses

• Do not submit content that expresses intent to harm yourself or others
• Do not submit content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
• Do not include personal identifying information of yourself or others in submissions
• Do not use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Do not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Don't Lose Your Way, including text, design, music, and creative works, is owned by CC3PO LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

AI-generated songs are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires separate permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Don't Lose Your Way is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC3PO LLC is not liable for:

• Any mental health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on content on this website
• The accuracy, appropriateness, or helpfulness of AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or interruption of service

You use this website at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC3PO LLC from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then resolved through binding arbitration in California.

Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
