• Chapel reflections: If you choose to submit reflections in the Chapel, the text you enter is stored temporarily for processing
• AI songwriting input: Text you enter for the AI songwriting feature is processed to generate songs
• Journal entries: If you use the journal feature, entries are stored in your browser's local storage (not on our servers)
• Contact form submissions: If you use any contact forms, the information you provide is collected via JotForm

Automatically Collected Information

• Basic analytics (page views, feature usage patterns) — no personally identifiable information
• Device/browser type for compatibility purposes
• General geographic region (country/state level) for content relevance

How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Chapel reflection feature
• Generate AI-powered songwriting content based on your input
• Display community voice submissions (anonymously, only with your consent)
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns
• Ensure platform security and prevent abuse

AI Use & Disclosure

Under California law (AB 853, AB 2013), we disclose that this platform uses artificial intelligence:

• AI Songwriting Generator: Uses AI to create song lyrics based on your input. AI generates content based on prompts — it does not make autonomous decisions about you
• Chapel Reflections: AI may be used to generate mood-based reflections or responses. These are creative prompts, not therapy or counseling
• AI training data: We do not allow our AI providers to use your input to train their models

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Backend infrastructure for data processing and community features
• JotForm: Form submissions and data collection (subject to JotForm's own privacy policy)
• AI Providers: Third-party AI services that process text input for songwriting and reflection features

We only share the minimum information necessary to provide these features.

• Delete: Request deletion of your personal information

• Chapel reflections: Stored temporarily for processing, then removed unless you save them locally
• AI songwriting input: Processed and not retained after the session
• Journal entries: Stored in your browser's local storage only — not on our servers
• Analytics data: Retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted
