I am worthy, lovable, and complete.

Today and each day, I have confidence in myself. I am thankful for all of the gifts I have to offer the world and all those that are offered to me. I trust in my own value and I know that I am worthy, lovable, and complete.

My value is intrinsic to who I am. I am unique in this world, and I am glad of that! Regardless of my circumstances or actions, I am worthy of love and blessings. And I receive them in abundance.

I am sure to take good care of myself. This is the primary way in which I reinforce that I am lovable. I can only expect others to be as good to me as I am to myself, since I set the example for this behavior. I know that I am lovable, therefore I love myself. And others treat me in kind.

Also, I know that I have all the resources I need to do whatever is put before me. Regardless of the challenges I face, I know that I am complete. I was made the way I am for a specific purpose: my life. Therefore, I trust that I have the tools to address any situation that may arise.

Today, I make time to treat myself with love and caring. I am thankful that I know I am worth my very best. I seek out opportunities to remind myself that I am worthy, lovable, and complete, and I see others treat me the same way.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How can I show myself love today?
2. What are some things I do really well? How can I be most kind to myself when I make mistakes?
3. How can I reinforce my own worth and completeness?

My Confidence Is Growing Daily

My confidence is growing daily.

I believe that self-confidence is important to everything I do. How I communicate with friends, perform my work and relate with my family members are all affected by my self-assuredness.

Fortunately, I can easily access my confidence: it is inside of me waiting to be expressed and gaining strength each day.

My confidence shows itself at times when I most need it.

As I talk with friends, I smile and make eye contact. My self-assuredness shows.

At work, when I require a boost to show the new boss what I can do, my self-assuredness emerges.

During a challenging conversation with a loved one, I feel my confidence right there.

It is my confidence that gets me through a disagreement with a sales person or a particularly provocative incident with a family member. I can count on my self-confidence in practically any situation. I feel it inside me as it flourishes and blooms.

In trying times, I feed my confidence by occasionally taking a personal inventory of my strengths. Knowing my strengths contributes to my confidence and helps it prosper. I am reminded that I can make it through anything.

Today, I plan to review times that my confidence helped me get through some difficult situations. I am thankful for having strong self-confidence that is always there when I need it.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. Am I aware of my confidence each day? Do I have an endless source of self-confidence?
  2. Do I make efforts to connect with my self-confidence?
  3. What can I do to increase my confidence?

I Am In Sync With The Universe

I am in sync with the universe.

I am part of the universe and in sync with its motion. I see how energy flows in our world, and I am thankful to be a part of it. I understand my role in this vast universe is to learn and stay in sync.

Synchronicity with the universe helps me shape my goals and dreams.

It is a fundamental part of my being. It helps me achieve new heights and eliminate obstacles.

I see my destiny and know the path to find it is correct.

The universe’s vibrations are part of the natural world. I am in sync with them and at peace.

I can shift my energy and vibrations to a more positive level. I can repel the negative factors around me. I can use my energy as a strong force to stay in tune with the universe.

I am grateful my spirit aligns with the universe.

I see order appear out of the chaos in the world. I see peace appear in my own search for love. I understand how to stay in sync with the changes around me. I know how to shift my mindset to a different level.

Today, I see how I am in sync with the world. I pay attention to the little details around me and go with the flow of the universe.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How can I find my balance in a tumultuous world with many challenges?
  2. What can I do to help my family and friends stay in sync with the universe?
  3. How can I keep anger and frustration from affecting my energy?

I Treat My Body With Kindness

I treat my body with kindness.

I honor my body. I think about how far it has carried me, and how much it does each day. I appreciate its strength and endurance.

I eat nourishing foods. I fill my plate with fresh vegetables and fruits. I eat healthy fats and lean proteins. I snack on hummus and nuts instead of potato chips and candy. I limit how much white sugar and white flour I consume.

I engage in physical activity. I work out each day and look for ways to add more steps into my usual routines. I enjoy how my body moves.

I get adequate sleep and rest. I turn off the TV and go to bed on time.

I practice good posture. I avoid back strain by standing up straight and holding my head high.

I manage stress. I protect my body from chronic inflammation and other symptoms by engaging in relaxation. I meditate, take a warm bath, or listen to soft music. I slow down when I feel under the weather. I give my body time to heal.

I spruce up my appearance. Looking good motivates me to take care of my body. I wear flattering clothes and try out new hairstyles. I paint my toenails and moisturize my skin.

I listen to my body. I pay attention to what it needs.

Today, I remember how much my body does for me. I look in the mirror and see a friend who I want to treat with kindness and respect.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How does the media influence my body image?
  2. What is one thing I love about my body?
  3. What is my body telling me right now?

Admitting Ignorance Is Noble

Admitting ignorance is noble.

It is okay for answers to elude me sometimes. It shows that I am human and just as imperfect as anyone else.

My workplace is a haven for growth and collaboration. I encourage a space where people are able to learn from each other. My ears are wide open to hear the perspectives of my colleagues.

The wisdom of others is beneficial to me. I am happy to learn from them.

Whenever I am challenged by an issue in the office, I always ask for assistance. Bouncing thoughts off another person opens me up to varied solutions.

Homework is a team effort for my kids because we rely on different resources to figure things out. Although I am able to assist my children with most assignments, I let them know when I am baffled. It shows them that it is okay for even heroes to be clueless.

Sometimes I speak before thinking things through. I am ready to admit that whenever it is brought to my attention. I welcome others pointing it out to me when my statements are unfounded. Their correction is a blessing to me.

I am quick to apologize when my actions offend someone. It is hardly my intention to be unkind, but it is possible to offend someone unknowingly.

Today, I realize that acknowledging my ignorance is the first step in growth and maturity. Each day provides me with a learning experience that I am happy for.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How do I remedy my ignorance in the workplace?
  2. In what ways do I go about educating myself?
  3. How easy is it for me to come to terms with criticism about my choices?

I Celebrate My Achievements

I celebrate my achievements.

Both big and small moments in my life are worth recognition. Celebrating them reminds me that I am capable of great things.

Setting lofty fitness targets is intimidating but I know that I am capable of hitting them by taking small steps. I allow myself to feel good about each small milestone along the way. Each gives me the encouragement to keep going.

I avoid telling myself that an accomplishment is far from good enough. The standards that I set for myself are high, so I am happy with even a little progress.

When I celebrate a fitness goal, I buy myself new fitness gear. When I have new items to wear at the gym, I feel inspired to keep going. I like looking good when I work out.

Learning something new each week is a step in the right direction. When I apply myself with effort, the result is enough to be proud of.

I like to hold events in honor of things that I achieve. Having my friends and family there makes it extra special. Sharing my proud moments with them overjoys me because I love when they are proud of me as well.

Today, I spread news to the world around me that I am a high achiever. I stand proud of even the littlest wins in my personal and professional life. Honoring myself is a good way to show self-love and set myself up to be treated well by others.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What are some of my proudest moments in my professional life?
  2. Which people in my life do I feel inclined to share my good news with?
  3. What are some of the inexpensive things I do to treat myself?
