I Am Protected By Love

I am protected by love.

My world is filled with sources of power and inspiration. They play an important role in the richness and blessings in my life.

Whenever I am experiencing anxiety about meeting my commitments, I take a moment to meditate. I think about the people in my life who love me and strive to protect me. I know that someone is hearing my call for support and is willing to lend a hand.

Even when it is difficult to see where my helping hand is coming from, I stay away from worrying. The world is filled with people who are ready and waiting to step in.

Sometimes there are questions that I am unable to answer on my own. Instead of beating myself up about it, I turn to someone experienced and knowledgeable. Brainstorming with collaborators provides clarity to drive my actions and decisions.

There are times when I see aid coming my way before I even ask for it. It is wonderful to have loved ones who sense my challenge and make the first move.

When someone offers unsolicited advice and suggestions, I gladly accept their kindness.

Today, I feel continually protected because I am surrounded by guardian angels. It is good to have silent givers in each area of my life.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How do I express my gratitude when someone assists me voluntarily?
  2. In what ways do I seek to provide support for others?
  3. What are some of my most memorable experiences with guardian angels?

I am in the right place.

When I look at my life, I know that I am in the right place. Everything I have ever done has brought me to where I am now.

There are times when I am pleased with my situation. I take full advantage of the stability that comfortable circumstances provide. They give me a chance to work towards challenging goals. I share my good fortune with others.

On the other hand, I sometimes want to change my environment. In that case, acceptance is the first step. I acknowledge the direction my life is taking. I hold myself accountable for past decisions. I believe in my potential to change. All I need is courage and persistence.

I find reassurance knowing that anyplace can be the right place for me.

What matters is how I interact with my surroundings. I can practice my skills whether I live in a shack or a mansion. I can develop leadership qualities as a corporate executive or a member of my church. I can make friends in a bar or a tea room.

It is comforting to know that there can be more than one right place for me.

I can succeed anywhere if I make a commitment to excellence. I am able to make a meaningful career out of practicing law or growing orchids. It is possible to stay fit by practicing yoga or playing tennis.

Today, I regard my life with confidence and hope. I feel at home wherever I go.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What are three words I would use to describe my current life situation?
2. How can I remind myself to accept responsibility for my decisions?
3. What is one example of how changing my mindset transformed a situation?

I Dare To Be Different

I dare to be different.

It can be challenging to show the world how I am different, but I know that I can do it. Everyone is unique, but everyone is trying to be the same. I am willing to step out and show my strengths, weaknesses, talents, and flaws to the world.

I am willing to show the world how I am different from the masses.

I have some unique opinions and perspectives that I am now willing to reveal to the people in my life. Rather than trying to fit in, I am allowing myself to stand out.

I am willing to be different than everyone else.

There are many ways I can be different from others. I can have my own sense of fashion. I can have different opinions than others. I can dance on the roof of my house.

The possibilities are endless.

Being different is really the same as being myself. I avoid doing anything just to be different. Being different is the result of being completely honest about who I am. I dare to be honest about who I am.

Today, I am comfortable just being myself. I speak my mind, even if my ideas are different from everyone else’s. I allow myself to be different from everyone I meet.

I Make Time For Myself

I make time for myself.

It is easy for me to make time for the things that are important to me. My mental well-being depends on it.

Pampering reminds me that I am a special person. It gives me the chance to commit to the time and money required to give myself personal care. When I treat myself well, it inspires others to treat me the same way.

Taking time away helps me to refocus on the things that matter most to me. I avoid allowing the chaos of daily living to keep me from focusing on what is important.

When I rebuild my spirit, it allows me to be a stronger source of support. My family and friends deserve the best of me. I do what it takes to maintain positivity so I can bring peace, harmony, and encouragement to those I love.

Being introspective allows me to assess the role that others play in my life. I use my alone time to remind myself of the importance of my relationships.

I use my private time to gain knowledge. Learning from books and other sources helps to enlighten my perspectives of the world around me. They also help me bring value to those I live and work with.

Today, I acknowledge the importance of having alone time. My contributions to the world are more positive and profound because I take the time to work on myself.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What self-development activities can I participate in on my own?
  2. What life lessons can I learn from those around me?
  3. How can I ensure that I make time for myself?

Love Guides My Steps

Love guides my steps.

I consciously take on an armor of love at the start of each day. When I think, speak, and act in love, life is more beautiful.

Relationships with friends are rewarding because I focus on maintaining a positive mindset. I go into interactions by first reminding myself what I love about my friends.

My healthy views of others help me to accept them as they truly are. I am kind and sensitive to others because I see them as deserving of it. I see friends as beautiful because I look at them through loving eyes.

When dealing with difficult customers, I avoid getting irritated. The love that covers me reminds me that customers have challenges too. It helps me to empathize with them and deal with them lovingly.

When my own emotional challenges weigh me down, I sometimes become critical of myself. But I immediately practice self-love and remind myself that I deserve to be handled gently.

Today, walking through life with love in my heart, mind, and soul is my mission. I am ready to take the high road in each situation I encounter because I am a loving being. My happiness in life relies on my commitment to having a positive outlook.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. Which situations make it difficult to respond in a loving manner?
  2. How often do I need to remind myself to keep love at the forefront of interactions?
  3. How are my other characteristics impacted when I allow love to drive my actions?
